Working as a GL Accountant at an international company where you are responsible for accounting and related processes for EMEA entities. Besides this, you are responsible for the accuracy of the balance sheet of designated entities / business segment.DescriptionPrepare monthly journal entries including accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed asset additions and depreciation, bank fees and other miscellaneous transactionsPerform and review monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis for accounts including cash, accrued liabilities, prepaid expenses, other assets and other liabilitiesMaintain the Customer program subledgers, analyze the P& L and Balance sheet movements, collaborate with business finance and reconcile the accountsSupport the General Ledger team by actively participating in the monthly, quarterly and year end closing processAssist new team members with train and support allowing a smooth integration and transitions of tasks
